Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a type of cancer affecting the lymphatic system. During the course of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the disease spreads from one group of lymph nodes to another. The distinguishing feature of Hodgkin’s lymphoma is the presence of certain type of cell called a Reed-Sternberg cell. Hodgkin’s lymphoma has a very high survival rate and is one of the most commonly cured cancers.
