Lymphome non hodgkinien agressif<\/h2>\n

Environ 20 % des patients atteints de LNH agressif ne r\u00e9pondent pas au traitement, et 30 % de ceux qui y r\u00e9pondent connaissent une r\u00e9cidive apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9mission. Bien que le traitement soit difficile, une gu\u00e9rison ou une r\u00e9mission peut \u00eatre obtenue dans jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 % des cas, avec un traitement de deuxi\u00e8me intention appel\u00e9 traitement de rattrapage. Un traitement de rattrapage d\u2019un LNH agressif consiste habituellement en une chimioth\u00e9rapie combin\u00e9e (chimioth\u00e9rapie par m\u00e9dicaments combin\u00e9s). Une chimioth\u00e9rapie \u00e0 forte dose et une greffe de cellules souches du sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique autologue peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au besoin.<\/p>\n

Si ni la gu\u00e9rison, ni la r\u00e9mission ne sont possibles, le but est de soulager les sympt\u00f4mes. C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle le traitement palliatif. Certains patients peuvent envisager de participer \u00e0 un essai clinique pour aider \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019un nouveau traitement ou d\u2019une nouvelle combinaison de traitements.<\/p>\n
