La chimioth\u00e9rapie peut vous rendre st\u00e9rile ou modifier temporairement le nombre de vos spermatozo\u00efdes, selon les m\u00e9dicaments qui vous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9s, les doses, les associations de m\u00e9dicaments et la dur\u00e9e du traitement. En outre, si la radioth\u00e9rapie a touch\u00e9 vos testicules ou a modifi\u00e9 votre taux de testost\u00e9rone, votre production de spermatozo\u00efdes risque d\u2019\u00eatre temporairement ou d\u00e9finitivement alt\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que des mesures de pr\u00e9caution aient probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pendant votre traitement afin de pr\u00e9server votre fertilit\u00e9, elles ne sont pas toujours compl\u00e8tement efficaces.
