Lorsque cela est possible, essayez de r\u00e9duire vos activit\u00e9s s\u00e9dentaires, tels les moments pass\u00e9s en position assise ou couch\u00e9e ou les divertissements devant un \u00e9cran comme la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et Internet. Si l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique n\u2019est pas dans vos habitudes, essayez d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer certaines activit\u00e9s physiques \u00e0 votre routine. Il est recommand\u00e9 aux adultes et aux enfants de participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 vigoureuse tout au long de la semaine.<\/p>\n<h3>Activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de ces activit\u00e9s est semblable \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;une marche rapide. On recommande aux adultes de participer \u00e0 ce type d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s au moins 2,5\u00a0heures par semaine. En voici des exemples\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0passer l&rsquo;aspirateur, jardiner, tondre la pelouse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loisirs\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0marche, danse, v\u00e9lo (rythme l\u00e9ger), patinage, \u00e9quitation et cano\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sports\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0ski, golf, volley-ball, balle-molle et badminton.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 vigoureuse<\/h3>\n<p>Ces activit\u00e9s sollicitent habituellement les grands groupes musculaires; elles accroissent les rythmes cardiaque et respiratoire et font transpirer. Les adultes devraient participer \u00e0 ce type d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s au moins 1,5\u00a0heure par semaine. En voici des exemples\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0b\u00eachage, ma\u00e7onnerie et menuiserie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loisirs\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0jogging ou course, v\u00e9lo (rythme intense), exercices de musculation, natation et arts martiaux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sports\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0soccer, hockey, racquetball et basket-ball.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On recommande aux enfants et aux adolescents de participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s physiques d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ou vigoureuse pendant au moins une heure par jour et \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 vigoureuse au moins trois jours par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;oubliez pas de toujours v\u00e9rifier aupr\u00e8s de votre \u00e9quipe de soins avant de commencer un programme d&rsquo;exercice, car le type d&rsquo;exercice que vous \u00eates capable de faire d\u00e9pend de diff\u00e9rents facteurs, notamment o\u00f9 vous vous situez dans votre exp\u00e9rience avec le lymphome, le temps \u00e9coul\u00e9 depuis votre traitement, votre \u00e2ge et d&rsquo;autres facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9. Si votre condition physique n&rsquo;est pas celle que vous pr\u00e9voyiez ou est moins bonne qu&rsquo;avant votre traitement, ce n&rsquo;est pas catastrophique. C&rsquo;est m\u00eame normal. L&rsquo;important est de commencer et de prendre patience.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le fait de savoir que l&rsquo;exercice est important pour votre sant\u00e9 ne vous motivera sans doute pas \u00e0 commencer imm\u00e9diatement.
