Si, par moments, vous n&rsquo;avez aucun go\u00fbt pour l&rsquo;exercice en raison des effets secondaires persistants, telle de la fatigue, il n&rsquo;y a pas lieu de vous sentir coupable. Faites ce que vous pouvez et rappelez-vous que le repos est tout aussi important pour votre r\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Discutez avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de soins de la fa\u00e7on de commencer un programme d&rsquo;exercices pendant votre r\u00e9tablissement et l&rsquo;ajustement \u00e0 votre nouvelle vie. Trouvez des activit\u00e9s physiques qui vous plaisent. Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portez un podom\u00e8tre pour conna\u00eetre le nombre de pas que vous faites tous les jours.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous comptez retourner au travail ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, essayez la marche, le v\u00e9lo ou le patin \u00e0 roues align\u00e9es pour vos d\u00e9placements quotidiens.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez les escaliers plut\u00f4t que l&rsquo;ascenseur ou l&rsquo;escalier roulant.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9marrez un club d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du midi \u00e0 votre travail, \u00e0 votre \u00e9cole ou dans votre quartier.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tirez-vous tout au long de la journ\u00e9e afin de soulager la tension li\u00e9e \u00e0 la position assise durant de longues p\u00e9riodes.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous avez \u00e0 parler \u00e0 un ami, \u00e0 un camarade de classe ou \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue de travail, rendez-lui visite plut\u00f4t que de lui t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner ou lui envoyer un courriel.<\/li>\n<li>Remplacez 30\u00a0minutes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision ou d&rsquo;Internet par jour par 30\u00a0minutes de marche.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez un appareil d&rsquo;exercice lorsque vous regardez t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<\/li>\n<li>Au lieu de regarder vos enfants jouer au chat, au soccer ou \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres sports, joignez-vous \u00e0 eux.<\/li>\n<li>Remplacez vos \u00e9v\u00e9nements sociaux par des activit\u00e9s physiques (p.\u00a0ex. aller au parc pour marcher, courir ou jouer au Frisbee plut\u00f4t que regarder un film).<\/li>\n<li>Joignez-vous \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe sportive locale.<\/li>\n<li>Fixez-vous un objectif et \u00e9tablissez un plan (choisissez un moment et un lieu pour une activit\u00e9 et faites-la).<\/li>\n<li>Respectez vos engagements;
