Voici quelques trucs pour vous aider \u00e0 limiter vos portions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9arrangez les proportions de votre assiette\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0il est plus facile de manger plus de fruits, de l\u00e9gumes et de grains entiers en augmentant graduellement leur proportion dans votre assiette \u00e0 chaque repas tout en r\u00e9duisant celle des autres aliments telles les viandes rouges. \u00c0 titre d&rsquo;exemple, essayez de remplir la moiti\u00e9 de votre assiette de fruits ou de l\u00e9gumes, le quart de grains entiers et finalement le dernier quart de viande ou d&rsquo;autres sources de prot\u00e9ines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servez vos repas dans des assiettes et des bols plus petits\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0vous pouvez facilement r\u00e9duire la taille de vos portions en utilisant des assiettes et des bols plus petits. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire vos portions de collations en utilisant une petite assiette ou un petit bol au lieu de manger directement dans le sac ou la bo\u00eete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne sautez pas de repas\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0si vous manquez un repas comme le petit d\u00e9jeuner, il est plus facile de trop manger au repas suivant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mangez avec mod\u00e9ration au restaurant\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0la plupart des restaurants ou des cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;alimentation rapide tendent \u00e0 servir de grosses portions d&rsquo;aliments riches en mati\u00e8res grasses et en sucre. Lorsque vous sortez au restaurant, pensez \u00e0 partager votre repas ou \u00e0 en apporter une partie \u00e0 la maison pour le repas suivant.
