C&rsquo;est une sensation de nervosit\u00e9 ou de qui-vive quasi constante. L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 augmente ou diminue \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est une \u00e9motion normale qui alerte notre corps lorsque se pr\u00e9sente une menace r\u00e9elle ou per\u00e7ue. C&rsquo;est une sensation de nervosit\u00e9 ou de qui-vive quasi constante. L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 augmente ou diminue \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments et varie d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Forte, elle perturbe de mani\u00e8re significative la qualit\u00e9 de vie. Elle peut modifier l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit et le sommeil et accentuer la douleur en plus de cr\u00e9er un profond mal-\u00eatre. Chaque personne est diff\u00e9rente; ce qui vous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire votre anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ne fonctionne pas n\u00e9cessairement chez une autre personne. Toutefois, le soutien de la famille, d&rsquo;amis et de groupes de soutien, que ce soit en personne ou en ligne, peut aider. Si votre angoisse est importante ou si elle interf\u00e8re dans vos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e, vous pourriez alors souffrir d&rsquo;un trouble anxieux.<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup de gens anxieux se sentent soulag\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;ils en apprennent un peu plus sur leur affection, sachant qu&rsquo;il existe des fa\u00e7ons de la r\u00e9duire et de la g\u00e9rer. La prise en charge de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pend en partie de sa cause. Par exemple, si votre anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9coule d&rsquo;une douleur, du type de lymphome dont vous souffrez ou des m\u00e9dicaments que vous prenez, votre m\u00e9decin pourra alors essayer de traiter la cause sous-jacente.<\/p>\n<p>Certains patients peuvent aussi tirer profit d&rsquo;autres options, par exemple la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes de nature pratique, l&rsquo;\u00e9change de conseils, la participation \u00e0 des groupes de soutien et diverses techniques de relaxation. Finalement, certains m\u00e9dicaments contre l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 (anxiolytiques) sont parfois utiles.
