Gardez \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que votre r\u00e9tablissement sera long et pourrait durer m\u00eame plus longtemps que votre traitement. Si vous \u00eates sous le mode \u00ab\u00a0observer et attendre\u00a0\u00bb, vous pourriez \u00e9galement avoir besoin de temps pour vous adapter mentalement et \u00e9motionnellement au fait de vivre sans savoir ce qui vous attend. Vos proches risquent de ne pas comprendre qu&rsquo;il vous faille un certain temps pour assimiler ce que vous avez v\u00e9cu ou ce que vous vivez actuellement. Ils pourraient m\u00eame \u00eatre frustr\u00e9s de ne pas vous voir reprendre votre routine quotidienne r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. En outre, ils pourraient penser que leur aide ou leur soutien n&rsquo;est plus n\u00e9cessaire. Cela ferait en sorte que vous vous sentiez isol\u00e9 de vos proches ou abandonn\u00e9 par eux, parce que vous n&rsquo;obtenez pas le soutien dont vous avez encore besoin.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, l&rsquo;inverse pourrait aussi se produire; vous trouverez peut-\u00eatre que vos proches s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent trop \u00e0 votre sujet ou vous surprot\u00e8gent. Ils peuvent penser que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 reprendre vos activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, par exemple faire le m\u00e9nage ou retourner au travail. Vous pourriez alors vivre une certaine frustration, car il est important pour votre r\u00e9tablissement de reprendre graduellement votre routine.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit votre situation, il est important de comprendre que certains membres de votre famille auront du mal \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter aux changements que vous traversez.
