Le lymphome de Hodgkin classique est class\u00e9 en sous-cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: la scl\u00e9rose nodulaire, la cellularit\u00e9 mixte, le lymphome \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance lymphocytaire, le lymphome \u00e0 d\u00e9pl\u00e9tion lymphocytaire. Il existe \u00e9galement des patients chez qui le type de cellules ne \u00ab\u00a0rentre\u00a0\u00bb dans aucune de ces sous-cat\u00e9gories. On les consid\u00e8re comme des patients atteints d&rsquo;un lymphome de Hodgkin inclassable. Voici une description pour chaque type de lymphome\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Le lymphome de Hodgkin classique<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>La scl\u00e9rose nodulaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 \u00e0 80\u00a0% des patients ont ce type de lymphome de Hodgkin<\/li>\n<li>Plus fr\u00e9quemment constat\u00e9e chez les jeunes adultes<\/li>\n<li>Concerne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les glandes lymphatiques situ\u00e9es dans le cou et dans la poitrine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La cellularit\u00e9 mixte<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 \u00e0 30\u00a0% des patients ont ce type de lymphome de Hodgkin<\/li>\n<li>Plus fr\u00e9quemment constat\u00e9e chez les personnes de plus de 50\u00a0ans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le lymphome \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance lymphocytaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environ 5\u00a0% des patients ont ce type de lymphome de Hodgkin<\/li>\n<li>Plus fr\u00e9quemment diagnostiqu\u00e9 au stade pr\u00e9coce chez les adultes (40 \u00e0 50\u00a0ans)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le lymphome \u00e0 d\u00e9pl\u00e9tion lymphocytaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moins d\u2019un pour cent des patients ont ce type de lymphome de Hodgkin<\/li>\n<li>A tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus \u00e9tendu au moment du diagnostic<\/li>\n<li>Plus fr\u00e9quent chez les patients plus \u00e2g\u00e9s et dans les pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<li>Plus fr\u00e9quent chez les patients s\u00e9ropositifs pour le VIH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Le lymphome de Hodgkin \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance lymphocytaire nodulaire<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>A tendance \u00e0 avoir une croissance lente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La plupart des patients r\u00e9pondent bien au traitement quel que soit le type de lymphome de Hodgkin dont ils sont atteints.
