Au d\u00e9part il peut n\u2019y avoir aucun sympt\u00f4me. La LLC est souvent d\u00e9tect\u00e9e lors d\u2019un examen sanguin de routine lorsque les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un nombre anormal de globules blancs. Lorsque d\u2019autres signes apparaissent, ils peuvent facilement \u00eatre confondus avec d\u2019autres maladies. Voici certains de ces sympt\u00f4mes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des ganglions lymphatiques enfl\u00e9s mais indolores dans le cou, sous les aisselles, au ventre ou \u00e0 l\u2019aine.<\/li>\n<li>Une sensation de grande fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Une fi\u00e8vre et des infections fr\u00e9quentes<\/li>\n<li>Une perte de poids ou des sueurs nocturnes inexpliqu\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gardez \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit qu&rsquo;aucun des sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s n&rsquo;est sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la LLC; ces sympt\u00f4mes sont \u00e9galement communs \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres maladies.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la visite chez le m\u00e9decin, vous devez d\u00e9crire tous vos sympt\u00f4mes. Le m\u00e9decin posera des questions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux et effectuera un examen physique complet.<\/p>\n<p>Les signes sont quelque chose d&rsquo;inhabituel que les m\u00e9decins ou les infirmi\u00e8res remarquent lorsqu&rsquo;ils examinent leurs patients.<\/p>\n<p>Souvent, un diagnostic est pos\u00e9 lorsque des analyses de sang sont effectu\u00e9es dans le cadre d&rsquo;un examen annuel de routine.
