En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ces effets ind\u00e9sirables sont moins prononc\u00e9s que ceux de la chimioth\u00e9rapie. La plupart sont mineurs et de courte dur\u00e9e. Ils n\u2019affectent le patient que durant le traitement ou quelques heures apr\u00e8s (un probl\u00e8me souvent qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab r\u00e9actions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la perfusion \u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Parfois, les patients feront une r\u00e9action allergique aux anticorps au moment de la perfusion. Ils sont suivis de pr\u00e8s durant leurs s\u00e9ances de traitement pour d\u00e9tecter les signes de r\u00e9actions allergiques, dont les d\u00e9mangeaisons, les \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es, la respiration sifflante ou l\u2019enflure. Si ces sympt\u00f4mes se manifestent, on r\u00e9duit ou on interrompt le traitement pour une courte p\u00e9riode jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la disparition des sympt\u00f4mes. Pour \u00e9viter les r\u00e9actions allergiques, on administre souvent certains m\u00e9dicaments (antihistaminiques et ac\u00e9taminoph\u00e8nes) avant le traitement. Les risques de subir une r\u00e9action li\u00e9e \u00e0 la perfusion diminuent apr\u00e8s chaque traitement, car le patient s\u2019adapte et, \u00e0 mesure que le traitement se poursuit, le nombre de cellules lymphatiques diminue.<\/p>\n<p>Les effets secondaires les plus courants sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les sympt\u00f4mes analogues \u00e0 la grippe (fi\u00e8vre, frissons, sueurs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les effets secondaires les moins fr\u00e9quents sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Naus\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Vomissements y<\/li>\n<li>Souffle court<\/li>\n<li>Faible pression art\u00e9rielle<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n<li>Infections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019utilisation des anticorps dans le traitement des lymphomes peut causer certains effets secondaires.
