{"id":6317,"date":"2017-06-08T20:46:03","date_gmt":"2017-06-08T20:46:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lymphoma.ca\/le-lymphome\/la-llc\/les-traitements\/stem-cell-transplantation\/"},"modified":"2020-04-29T01:43:15","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T01:43:15","slug":"greffe-cellules-souches","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.lymphoma.ca\/fr\/le-lymphome\/la-llc\/les-traitements\/greffe-cellules-souches\/","title":{"rendered":"La greffe de cellules souches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques sont un groupe de cellules immatures, capables de se d\u00e9velopper et de se transformer en n\u2019importe quel type de cellules trouv\u00e9es dans le sang \u2013 globules rouges, globules blancs ou plaquettes.<\/p>\n<p>On peut trouver des cellules souches h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tiques dans la moelle osseuse (tissu spongieux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des gros os, responsable de la production des cellules sanguines), dans la circulation sanguine (\u00e9galement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique) et dans le cordon ombilical.<\/p>\n<p>Les patients atteints d\u2019une LLC difficile \u00e0 traiter ou r\u00e9sistante aux traitements standards peuvent tirer profit de la chimioth\u00e9rapie ou de la radioth\u00e9rapie administr\u00e9e \u00e0 des doses tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es (traitement my\u00e9loablatif). Toutefois, cette technique peut d\u00e9truire toutes les cellules souches et pr\u00e9senter un risque d\u2019infections tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour le patient.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un traitement my\u00e9loablatif, les patients re\u00e7oivent des cellules souches d\u2019un donneur compatible (greffe de cellules souches allog\u00e9niques ou allogreffe) pour remplacer les cellules d\u00e9truites par de fortes doses de chimioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>La greffe de cellules souches allog\u00e9niques peut \u00eatre propos\u00e9e \u00e0 certains patients atteints de LLC.
