Parce que je viens de faire un traitement intraveineux de R-CHOP pendant 8 heures, et je me sens bien\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fontFaceBig\">par Robin Harry<\/h3>\n<div class=\"sfsBlogContent\">\n<p>Ben\u2026 quand est-ce que \u00e7a tourne au vinaigre? Parce que je viens de faire un traitement intraveineux de R-CHOP pendant 8 heures, et je me sens bien\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e de chimioth\u00e9rapie \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois plut\u00f4t int\u00e9ressante, et pas int\u00e9ressante. Je suis arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 8&nbsp;h \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital pour faire une analyse sanguine (bien qu\u2019elle n\u2019ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire), puis je me suis dirig\u00e9e vers la pharmacie pour ramasser mon m\u00e9dicament antinaus\u00e9eux (Ondasetron), avant de manger, puis je suis retourn\u00e9e \u00e0 la clinique de chimio.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s m\u2019avoir donn\u00e9 des informations sur les m\u00e9dicaments et avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 mes signes vitaux, ils m\u2019ont mise sur une solution physiologique I.V. et du Benadryl, et un autre antihistaminique ou un st\u00e9ro\u00efde pour pr\u00e9venir toute r\u00e9action allergique au Rituximab. \u00c7a, c\u2019\u00e9tait aux alentours de 9&nbsp;h. Vers 10&nbsp;h, ils ont commenc\u00e9 le Rituximab. Par contre, quand ils ont augment\u00e9 la dose, environ une heure plus tard, j\u2019ai fait une l\u00e9g\u00e8re r\u00e9action&nbsp;: la gorge me piquait et devenait bouillante. Ils ont donc diminu\u00e9 la posologie, et m\u2019ont administr\u00e9 du Benadryl, qui m\u2019a fait sentir tr\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8s bien <em>MDR<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cause de ce petit ennui, et les millions de fois o\u00f9 j\u2019ai d\u00fb aller \u00e0 la toilette, l\u2019infusion qui aurait normalement dur\u00e9 5 heures, en a dur\u00e9 8. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 les m\u00e9dicaments de la chimioth\u00e9rapie, incluant le Rituximab, \u00e0 9&nbsp;h&nbsp;45, pour terminer \u00e0 16&nbsp;h&nbsp;45. Mais je me sens plut\u00f4t bien! J\u2019ai l\u2019estomac \u00e0 l\u2019envers, et je commence \u00e0 \u00eatre naus\u00e9euse au moment o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9cris ces lignes, mais \u00e0 part \u00e7a, je vais bien. Les infirmi\u00e8res de garde au centre anticanc\u00e9reux sont tr\u00e8s sympathiques et bien inform\u00e9es. Je m\u2019attendais \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience consid\u00e9rablement plus p\u00e9nible, mais \u00e7a n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trop mal.
