Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis all\u00e9e passer une prise de sang, avant de passer une radiographie pulmonaire, afin d\u2019examiner la cause d\u2019une toux s\u00e8che inqui\u00e9tante que je tra\u00eene depuis une semaine. La semaine derni\u00e8re, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas grand-chose, mais elle s\u2019est empir\u00e9e durant la fin de semaine, si bien que je ne pouvais l\u2019ignorer ou esp\u00e9rer que ce ne soit que psychologique. Alors que je me suis promen\u00e9e d\u2019une station \u00e0 l\u2019autre pour passer les tests, je ne pouvais r\u00e9primer un sentiment omnipr\u00e9sent de d\u00e9j\u00e0-vu. Je suis pass\u00e9e exactement \u00e0 travers la m\u00eame s\u00e9quence d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements en mai dernier. Les r\u00e9sultats ont chang\u00e9 ma vie, en m\u2019entra\u00eenant dans un tourbillon d\u2019\u00e9preuves qui a dur\u00e9 6 mois. Tout \u00e7a ne m\u2019\u00e9tait que trop familier.<\/p>\n

Jamais je n\u2019ai autant souhait\u00e9 qu\u2019un d\u00e9j\u00e0-vu ne soit qu\u2019une erreur d\u2019encodage dans La Matrice\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

La toux pourrait \u00eatre due \u00e0 n\u2019importe quoi. Elle pourrait n\u2019\u00eatre rien de grave. Elle pourrait \u00eatre due \u00e0 des cicatrices pulmonaires caus\u00e9es par la radio. Ce pourrait \u00eatre une allergie sortie d\u2019on ne sait o\u00f9. Ce que je ne veux pas que ce soit, et que \u00e7a pourrait bien \u00eatre, c\u2019est une rechute.<\/p>\n

Je ne parviens pas \u00e0 mettre le doigt sur cette \u00e9motion. Ce n\u2019est pas vraiment de la peur, mais je suis plut\u00f4t inqui\u00e8te. Appr\u00e9hensive, peut-\u00eatre. J\u2019essaie de ne pas m\u2019emporter inutilement, mais alors que j\u2019approchais de la salle de chimioth\u00e9rapie, en chemin pour la prise de sang, je ne pensais qu\u2019\u00e0 une chose : je ne veux pas devoir faire \u00e7a de nouveau. Du moins pas si peu de temps apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois. Pas avant que mes ongles soient compl\u00e8tement redevenus comme avant. Pas comme mes cheveux commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 peine \u00e0 repousser. Pas une semaine avant que je parte pour des vacances fort attendues. Pas maintenant. Mon inqui\u00e9tude n\u2019est pas due au fait que je ne pense pas \u00eatre capable de subir tout \u00e7a une fois de plus, les gens arrivent \u00e0 faire bien des choses lorsqu\u2019ils y sont contraints. Ce que je veux dire, c\u2019est que je ne veux pas.<\/p>\n

Cette contrari\u00e9t\u00e9 illustre bien la vie apr\u00e8s les traitements anticanc\u00e9reux. Le cancer n\u2019est jamais parti, m\u00eame pas litt\u00e9ralement. Il est toujours l\u00e0, tapi, survolant, titillant tout sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui pourrait s\u2019installer. Je ne pourrai jamais me dire \u00ab ce n\u2019est s\u00fbrement rien \u00bb, parce que je n\u2019en serai jamais s\u00fbre. Je devrai apprendre \u00e0 vivre avec ce fait. \u00c7a fait partie du forfait lymphome.<\/p>\n

En tout cas, je verrai bien ce qu\u2019il en est. Je vois mon m\u00e9decin ce vendredi; elle aura des r\u00e9ponses pour moi. Dans l\u2019intervalle, il ne me reste qu\u2019\u00e0 relaxer et \u00e0 prier. J<\/p>\n
