La difficult\u00e9 provenait du fait que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus dans leur cas se sont nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite selon la m\u00e9thode par consensus, suite \u00e0 un manque d&rsquo;essais al\u00e9atoires dans ce domaine.Les donn\u00e9es s&rsquo;appuyant sur le consensus constituent des outils pr\u00e9cieux en l&rsquo;absence de donn\u00e9es valid\u00e9es par des preuves scientifiques.&nbsp;&nbsp; Pour former un comit\u00e9, on a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 douze membres&nbsp; sur la base de leur expertise dans le domaine, en r\u00e9partissant de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale les sp\u00e9cialistes du&nbsp; \u2018lymphome\u2019 et ceux de la&nbsp; \u2018transplantation\u2019. Seize d\u00e9clarations relatives au sujet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies et chaque participant les a \u00e9valu\u00e9es sur une \u00e9chelle de 9 degr\u00e9s, o\u00f9&nbsp; 1 correspondait \u00e0 <em>Fortement en d\u00e9saccord&nbsp; <\/em>et 9<em> <\/em>\u00e0 <em>Forement en accord.&nbsp; <\/em>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 les d\u00e9clarations en deux \u00e9tapes, on a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 si le consensus avait \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint ou non pour chacune d&rsquo;elles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">La principale conclusion de la recherche a \u00e9tabli qu&rsquo;une th\u00e9rapie \u00e0 dose \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;aide de cellules souches autologues, (sous forme abr\u00e9g\u00e9e HDT-ASCR),&nbsp; joue un r\u00f4le significatif dans le traitement des patients vivant une r\u00e9cidive du LF, m\u00eame \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re du rituximab. On a aussi conclu qu&rsquo;il fallait recommander&nbsp; HDT-ASCR aux patients avec r\u00e9cidive du LF, ainsi que d&rsquo;envisager l&rsquo;utilisation de ce traitement pour une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9cidive, en particulier chez des patients pr\u00e9sentant&nbsp; peu de risques, comme une courte p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9ponse au traitement, ce qui est \u00e9galement vrai des r\u00e9currences \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re pr\u00e9-rituximab. Le consensus a \u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement atteint en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;utilisation de HDT-ASCR \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re rechute chez les patients qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 ant\u00e9rieurement trait\u00e9s au rituximab, puisque ces patients ne seraient pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e0 &lsquo;risque \u00e9lev\u00e9\u2018 du fait que ce traitement ne comprenait pas &lsquo;ensemble rituximab- chimioth\u00e9rapie .
