Lymphome Canada a le plaisir d\u2019annoncer la nomination de sa nouvelle PDG, Robin Markowitz. Elle apporte \u00e0 l\u2019organisme ses 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur caritatif, y compris 11 ans de travail pour des organismes de bienfaisance dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9.<\/h2>\n

Ce poste nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 est un grand pas qui aidera Lymphome Canada \u00e0 franchir une nouvelle \u00e9tape. \u00ab Je suis convaincu que le professionnalisme, les r\u00e9ussites et le fort leadership, dont Robin a fait preuve, serviront \u00e0 merveille notre organisme ainsi que nos efforts conjoints pour \u00e9largir la gamme de nos services et aider un plus grand nombre de patients atteints d\u2019un lymphome \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Paul Weingarten, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de Lymphome Canada.<\/p>\n

Mme Markowitz est titulaire d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e8s arts de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Maryland. En 2001, elle obtient la d\u00e9signation CFRE (collecteur de fonds certifi\u00e9), et acquiert cette certification \u00e0 trois reprises. D\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un certificat en relations publiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto, elle poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement un certificat en gestion avanc\u00e9e des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles du Humber College. \u00ab C\u2019est un honneur pour moi d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie par Lymphome Canada \u00e0 titre de premi\u00e8re PDG de cet organisme, a soulign\u00e9 Mme Markowitz. Je me r\u00e9jouis \u00e0 la perspective de travailler avec les nombreux professionnels, patients, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et d\u00e9fenseurs dont les efforts inlassables ont soutenu et renforc\u00e9 les moyens d\u2019action des organismes vou\u00e9s \u00e0 la lutte contre le lymphome. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Outre son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle avec des organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif, Mme Markowitz agit \u00e9galement \u00e0 titre de b\u00e9n\u00e9vole et poss\u00e8de une vaste exp\u00e9rience comme membre de comit\u00e9s et de conseils d\u2019administration. Elle si\u00e8ge actuellement au conseil d\u2019administration du Bernard Betel Centre.<\/p>\n
