The Day's Journey

Each registered participant will have the chance to experience a unique day of yoga, meditation, wellness and healthy living, benefiting Lymphoma Canada. 
Join us on Sunday November 4, at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, to become part of the revolution.

108-Minute Yoga Class or 108-Minute Meditation Workshop

Yoga led by: David Crimi, Jelayna Da Silva, Jess Lemon, Yara Elarabi. These yogis will lead participants through an invigorating and inspiring 108 minute class, with live music provided by Normando Jones.

Meditation Workshop led by: Ali Alexander. 
During our 108 minutes of meditation we will explore a number of different approaches to the practice – there will be a combination of seated meditation and gentle movement as well as working with the breath. The session will end with a meditation practice from the Buddhist tradition: Tonglen, the practice of taking and giving. A way to offer compassion and support through your meditation.
