If you’re dealing with lymphoma, you don’t have to do it alone. The Southwestern Ontario Chapter is a local volunteer-based group run by and for the lymphoma community. We are lymphoma patients, family members, and caregivers in the Waterloo Region and surrounding area. We meet regularly to connect with others who face the same challenges. To learn about treatments, share our experiences and offer mutual support. To be stronger together.
Get connected. Join us at our next meeting.

The Southwestern Ontario Chapter is going VIRTUAL!
When you receive a cancer diagnosis, your cancer centre staff generally become a major lifeline in your cancer journey. As with any lifeline, you need it to be functioning at the highest level; however, challenges can sometimes occur when managing the expectations of many different patients and care partners. With this in mind, the SWO Chapter of Lymphoma Canada is hosting an online, live discussion to give you the opportunity to describe your lifeline expectations and experiences. Professionals will be available to listen to your suggestions and answer your questions.
This evening, with the guidance of Robin McQuillan and expertise of Christine Peters, the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, Person-Centered Care Lead, you will be able to share your healthcare experiences, learn about the resources and support networks available in your area, and connect with others going through similar challenges. This peer support meeting will provide you with recommendations to help you manage your healthcare journey as well as information about the resources available to you during the pandemic.
