Understanding Stress and How to Control It
Do you remember how it felt when you were first told the words, “You have Lymphoma”? A diagnosis of Lymphoma can be extremely stressful. At the same time, minimizing stress is an important factor in the fight against Lymphoma.
This meeting will feature some brief presentations focussed on learning about stress and stress reduction. You will also be able to talk about your own experience as well as listen to other patients’ stories. We will close the evening with an active relaxation technique.
We hope you will be able to join us on this journey towards a lasting inner peace.
