It was a September to remember when Paul Henderson scored the goal that clinched Canada’s victory over Russia in the Summit Series of 1972 and became a Canadian hero. Henderson, who is battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia, maintains his hero status and now that his jersey has returned to Canadian hands, he plans to join it in a repatriation tour organized by Mitchell Goldhar. Goldhar acquired the jersey by making the winning bid in a recent auction.
